RECIPE - "Vegan Sobrasada"

Hey, everybody, how you doing? Today I want to show you a discovery for breakfast in the morning and it's a nice vegan sobrasada.


  • 100 g of dried tomatoes
  • 60gr of pine nuts
  • 40ml of olive oil
  • Sweet paprika
  • 1 chopped ñora
  • Salt and pepper
  • Hydrate the tomatoes and the ñora in hot tap water for 30 minutes, then drain well.
  • We put all the ingredients in the mixer, beat well and ready to eat, as you can see it's very easy to do and it's delicious.
