I USED TO DO A LOT OF THIS

It's been a while since I really tossed some dough.

Back when I lived in New Orleans, my favorite job was working at a pizza restaurant. Thankfully, some of those skills will stick with you even if you take a break from pizza making for a decade or more. Earlier, Mama-Pepper wanted to make some cheese fries, so she made up some dough. She didn't know how to really do it though, so I stepped in to help.

It was cool to be able to take the time to show my wife and children how to do this. Of all the things I've ever done to make money, it's still one of my favorites, and Pinkie-Pepper had fun photographing me showing off my old work skills. In this GIF I can't tell if I'm being attacked by a giant pringle or a UFO..... what do you think?

Below are some.... not even all... of the photos my daughter made of me tossing dough. It's a lot, but I really like tossing dough and I really have a hard time picking favorites too. Enjoy them if you can.

We just released our second book ever, "ARMADILLO ESCAPE" - a children's book that was the effort of three generations of our family, from @grandpa-pepper all the way down to Pinkie-Pepper. We're excited about it, so here's some links for you to check out in case you're interested. Thanks!
