Lemon Cake🍋

If you like lemon desserts, then I think you will be interested in my recipe for lemon cake.

Ingredients:

3 eggs
180 g butter
50 g vanilla sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1 lemon
1 cup flour

Directions:

Eggs mix with sugar. Then add vanilla sugar and lemon zest. Mix everything.

In the egg mass, add soft butter and lemon juice. Mix everything.

Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Grease the baking dish with butter and pour out the dough.

Bake lemon cake at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Sprinkle lemon cake with powdered sugar and lemon zest.
