Cookies with Black Currant Jam

Today I remembered the recipe for amazingly tasty cookies with black currant jam. This cookies was my first start in baking preparation.

It would seem quite simple cookies, but thanks to the black currant jam, the cookies become very tasty and acquire a unique and bright taste. Black currant jam is just a godsend.

Ingredients:
200 g butter
3 eggs
2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 small jar of black currant jam

Instructions:

Mix eggs with sugar. Add soft butter. Gradually add flour and knead the dough.

Roll the dough into a ball and divide it into two equal parts. Put one part of the dough in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll out the second part of the dough into a thin layer and put in a baking sheet.

Spread black currant jam over the dough. Take the second part of the dough out of the refrigerator and gently rub it with a grater on currant jam.

Bake cookies at 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool cookies and cut into rectangular pieces.
