My Favourite Green Salad

Did you know that I love salads? Yummy!

Here is my all-time favorite recipe.

1.) Add 1 pound of chicken, 1 cup of dressing mix, 1/2 cup of cilantro/ginger (I used a mix of both, but you could use any) and 1/2 cup of lemon juice to a large bowl

2.) Sprinkle with garlic and onion to mask the bitterness of the dressing

3.) Mix with 1 cup of kale

4.) Top with crumbled feta cheese and more lemon juice and cilantro

5.) Add more lettuce / dill / spinach or whatever your preference it should taste better

6.) Enjoy!
