Eating Like God In Asia
Today I ordered a delicious lunch so that I do not starve and the restaurants can survive.
What a nice win- win.
As a starter there have been some salty Edamame beans.
As main dish there was a visually great Massaman curry on fragrant rice with coconut milk, lemongrass, carrots, broccoli, zucchini and chicken breast, plus fresh salad mix, Vietnamese herbs, fried onions and peanuts.
Very tasty.

Sieht mega lecker aus. Die Bohnen hab ich auch noch nicht in solcher Form gegessen.
Das war es auch.
Man sollte nicht glauben wie lecker gekochte, gesalzene Soyabohnen schmecken. Die machen auch super satt.
Muss ich auf jeden Fall mal ausprobieren.
Edamame sind ja nicht so meins, aber der Rest sieht wie immer lecker aus.

Yes fresh beans and when I got that right short boiled in hot water and afterwards a little bit salt on it.
