- 130 g of rice;
- salt to taste;
- 1 carrot;
- 1 onion;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;

Cooking
Soak the beans for 6–8 hours or overnight. Then transfer to a pan, fill with water and cook until soft for about an hour. Boil the rice in salted water in about 10 minutes and drop it in a colander so that the glass is full of liquid.
Grate the carrots on a coarse grater, chop the onion and pepper in small pieces. Pass the garlic through the press. In a saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat and fry the carrots and onions for 6–7 minutes. Sprinkle pepper with garlic and cook another 7-8 minutes, stirring constantly.
Add slices of tomatoes with juice and pour boiling water. In the same pan, put the beans and rice, tomato paste, salt, pepper and paprika. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook for another 5-10 minutes.
