Hi @kimiskiwi. How delicious those crispy potatoes look. I have to prepare them to try them. Thanks for the recipe (it's very easy) and also thanks for the video and its music. Everything was perfect for you.
I would say they are Italian-style potatoes for Mozarella cheese but if you say it is a Japanese style, then it should be like that.
