Grilled Fajita Steaks
I purchased an indoor grill some time ago at a thrift store that was in like new condition. I also bought some beef skirts that had been marinated from a butcher.
The beef skirt is used to make beef fajitas. It is thinly sliced and perfect for a quick grilling. Fajitas are usually served with pico de Gallo, cheese, corn or flour tortillas, and guacamole.
When I was in Napa California last month, I also bought some hickory infused balsamic vinegar. I added some of that vinegar to my steaks before I grilled them in addition to my normal spices.
The result was wonderful! I got a hickory flavor using an indoor grill. The fajitas were very tender and cooked in less than ten minutes on the grill.
Bon appétit!
