Sinarsahang Meatballs
Hello everyone☺☺☺
Today's recipe is "Sinarsahang Meatballs"☺☺☺This dish is also my favorite.Even if just a fried meatballs still its my favorite.To level up this I made this sinarsahan or commonly known in other place as sweet and sour meatballs.To start with we well cook this two times.First we fry it and second we will going to put a sauce.
Ingredients:(For Frying)
- ground pork
- oil
- minced garlic and onions
- flour
- salt
- black pepper
PROCEDURE:
1.Combined all the ingredients
2.Fry until it turn to golden brown.
3.Set aside and prepare for the sauce.
INGREDIENTS: (Sinarsahan)
- oil
- fried meatballs
- garlic and onions
- black pepper
- vinegar
- sugar
- ginger
PROCEDURE: (Sinarsahan)
1.Saute all the ingredients.
2.Let it boil until the sauce become sticky
3.Once it's sticky put the fried meatballs into the pan and let it simmer for a minute.
4.Serve
Look I made my own sinarsahang meatballs.And for your information I didnt pour all the fried meatballs into the pan.So our dish for our dinner has two types "fried meatballs" and "Sinarsahang Meatballs".It's another yummy time for all of us.
