What can I say, get in the kitchen and make great sandwiches. Like this one
Steak melt. That's french bread, with Dijon mustard, thin sliced onion, diced pickles, goat cheese, sliced steak, and cheddar cheese.
Served up with a delicious rocket salad with strawberries band goat cheese, balsamic reduction, and home made pickled beans.
That's it, fantastic supper.

These are my mother's recipe, sweet mustard pickles. They're incredible.
