Giving you another random Photography good post because I can, and also because I actually enjoy showing you guys our local cuisine.

Not a big fan of Ugali, but once in a while always suffice.

Had it with some fried beef and local greens.

This is a typical Kenyan meal. Probably even a staple food depending on which part of the country one comes from.

Most people substitute the meat with their preference... Either Fish, Mutton, Chicken, Pork etc... You get the drift.

Basically the contant in this meal is Ugali and greens.

Ugali is just Maize flour cooked for about 20-30 minutes and thickened to one's preference.

😋 I made a crazy soup of potatoes, tomatoes, cream, coconut milk, lots of spice, onions, garlic, and worcestershire.. It was I guess Ithailian fusion 😂 with splashes of Mexican and UK for kicks.
