Hi steemians:
Today I wanted to share something different. Entering the world of cooking, I decided to explain how to cook one of the most recognized dishes in my country: the arepa.
To do this, we need the following ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups of water.
- 2 cups precooked cornmeal.
- 1 tablespoon of water.
Preparation method
NOTE: The arepa must not crack. If this happens, dampen your hands and add more water to the dough.
