Chili when it’s Chilly

Hi Friends,

The weather finally turned a little bit around here and its starting to feel like fall. When my wife was meal planning for the week, she asked what I wanted to eat - i didn’t hesitate: Chili!

For me, chili is one of those dishes that is perfect when the weather outside is chilly. We aren’t quite at chilly yet, but it is much nicer right now. Of course, cornbread is always delicious as well so that is a perfect compliment.
