2020, My year, in Review!
A Recap of 2020!
Sure, it sucked, we all know it was challenging. My entire industry shut down, March 13th, first, BEFORE the Pandemic truly shut everyone into Quarantine. BUT, it wasn't ALL bad.
All that time on my hands allowed me to compete a few things:
• I read the Entire Old Testament, each word.
• I lost 21 pounds, since August 1st (I am PreCovid weight by a long shot)
• I started a garden from seed! #Grovid2020
Felt great growing a bunch of different and new vegetables. Normally, I do have a garden, but I have never started completely from seed. Fresh veggies, for the family, to feed us.
• Started work on reno for many rooms in our house. Bathroom 1 is almost completely finished!)
I took a few classes:
• MA Firearms Concealed Carry Class
• MA Firearms Defense of the Home
• Dreem Bigger Blogging (https://www.udemy.com/course/dreem-bigger/...)
• Started working with Uptrennd University, an online group, helping to mentor and teach people to use their own words for earning and learning, in order to make their lives better ($10 in earnings a month for them is rent, or food!)
Boating
• Got my TWIC Card (Transportation Workers ID) from Homeland Security
American Red Cross Adult and Infant CPR and First Aide
Started Paperwork and a Class for my OUPV Coast Guard Approved license, (6 pack boat captain)
I am enrolled in another First Responder Class.
Recertified my FEMA Response To Emergencies:
• IS-700a NIMS National Incident Management System
• IS-362 Multi Hazard Planning for Schools
• IS-200 ICS for Single Resources and Initial Action Incidents
• IS-100 Incident Command System for Federal Workers
• IS-22 In Depth Guide to Citizen Preparedness
• IS-15 Special Events Contingency Planning for Public Safety
Photography
• Took a class learning handheld techniques for Long Lenses
• Took a refresher Lightroom and Photoshop Class
I really did NOT shoot as much as I wanted with my camera. That will change for 2021.
I've learned some new printing techniques:
I am perfecting technique in Dye Sublimation Printing (it's a slightly different pre press and technique for Photoshop)
Perfecting High Heat Press, for printing my images for sale.
Added two new stores that my images are for sale in.
Goals for 2021?
Lose another 30 pounds
Finish my USCG OUPV License. Start my hours towards 50 ton.
Finish reno on house rooms

My goodness, you were certainly busy this past year! 😮 That is quite the list of accomplishments! Bravo! And what an epic selfie/photo-bomb to open the post! Love it! 😂
Yeah... Tucker was HEAD butting the phone, smiling, mugging for the Camera, and then, the split second I hit the shutter button, he looked away!
OK, you got a lot done!! Wow!!
And noted, Do.Not.Bother.Before.Noon!! Got it :D
Happy New Year Blue
Not a big morning fan.
I do spend hours at night awake, tho. Until 3 or 4 am
I am a night owl too :D
