School Time Spicy Ghugni

Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of "Ghugni"


Ingredients:

Daal
Eggs
Potato
Chat masala
Black salt
Cumin powder
Red chili powder
Tamarind
Coriander leafs
Salt
Oil

Process:

Sock daal a night before. Take a pressure cooker and boiled. Take another pan. Add oil. Fry onions then potato. Add all the masala and fry. Put daal over there and cook. Mix with spices. Add eggs. Turn off the stove. Add coriander leafs, green chili, chat masala and black salt. Mix with green salad as you like.

Serve as a evening snack.

An insteresting food. Why two kinds of salt?

Black salt will give it a different test then regular salt. Like sour and sweet. And regular salt as per test. You can choose anyone as you like.
