Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of "Ghugni"
Red chili powder
Sock daal a night before. Take a pressure cooker and boiled. Take another pan. Add oil. Fry onions then potato. Add all the masala and fry. Put daal over there and cook. Mix with spices. Add eggs. Turn off the stove. Add coriander leafs, green chili, chat masala and black salt. Mix with green salad as you like.
Serve as a evening snack.
As simple as that!
