Perfect Shondesh Recipe

Today I'm gonna share with you all the recipe of "Shondesh"

Ingredients:

Chana
Flour
Sugar

Process:

Take a bowl. Get chana. Mash with hand. Mash for sometime so that it'll be smooth. Then mix with sugar and flour. Mix properly. Put a pan in the stove. Add chana and stir it. Stir continuously otherwise it'll take bottom. When it'll be dry remove from the stove. Get little cool then shape by mold. Serve in a dish.
