Today I'm gonna share with you the recipe of "Milk Payesh"


Ingredients:

Liquid milk
Powder milk
Elaichi
Bay leaves
Rice
Sugar
Salt

Process:

Take a pan. Add liquid milk. In the other side wash rice and strain properly that no water left. And blend it for 3-4 second. Want the rice just broken, not powder form. Then add the rice into the milk and cook. Add whole spices too. After sometime add sugar and salt. After rice done in a small bowl mix powder milk with water and add in the payesh. Put out in a dish and garnish with dry fruits.

Serve as a dessert.

As simple as that!

What a dessert it is, we call it "KHEER" in our local language my mom cooks it sometimes and I love to have it 😍.
