Good evening my ever missed steemians! A little bit exhausted but I need to keep going on and think for a positive outlook in my life.

I'm so sad that I lost my mother. She is so dear to me but I have no right to hold her and complain. We have our limitation living in this world and no one stays forever.

My mother died yesterday due to her kidney failure. This failure derived from her long time diabetes and made her blind too.

In this reason, I realized and decided to take a well fitness seriously. I hope I could not be a diabetic patient or having a kidney failure. My mother got her diabetic when she was 40 years old. I am now 50 years old and thanks God I don't have it. I'm a kind of chubby woman since my childhood. And the pain I have in my body is my knee. I'm glad that I able to work until now.

At the same time, I never drink any pain reliever that may causes kidney failure. Apple cider and my organic liniment from natural herbs healed the pain.

One day, I saw the challenge of @davidke20. I was not so serious in partaking this since I am too much busy but I tried be with him for 20 days and more.

These are my complied activities during the 20 days #fitness2020 last February 2020. It had been finished and the author already declared the winner not I kept on the tract until I finished 20 days challenge.

The challenge was so simple and fitted to an old woman like me. It helped me a lot to be on my consistency. The author is a nice person in steemit who helped a lot.
