Kledang Hill - Lose weight and look good episode 124

Ipoh is the city of Perak state in West Malaysia. The only famous thing that usually talked about, has always been food, but little do anyone know this place is surrounded by mountains. Today, I'm going to take you to a short tour at Kledang Hill, one of the nearest to town hill, easy to hike and has a clear view of the landscape. The above picture is halfway going up hill. If you can make it here, generally you will have no problem going up further.

You will be wondering, why people really take time to hike this hill? 1 thing is, in Ipoh City, there's very little to no wind because the whole city has been blocked by mountains. Getting up hill, literally cut us some slack from the heat. Imagine, on the hill 24'C and people are actually wearing jacket, think about how warm and moist in the city center?

I tried to make panoramic shot, but the exposure just wouldn't adapt to the sun. Tried from left to the right, and from right to the left, it doesn't change the much on the exposure. I guess that's the limitation of a cheap phone, not much I can do about it.

Both picture taken at the same place, at the same angle, difference about 20 seconds apart, suddenly the "temperature" changed. I already forgotten which picture I took first, I will leave that to you to come up with a story, tell me why the difference and how it effect the color temperature. I love both pictures, but I like to read descriptive replies even more. I will send tip to replies if you read this portion of my wall of text.

Sunrise and sunset are usually too short to witness the golden moment. I only manage to capture a few shots, and suddenly the sun become too bright and ignited the whole mountains and everything turned from green to become yellow. I know time is up and I better be getting ready to roll downhill before I become BBQ.

On the way downhill, I found a small turning and hearing some water splashing sound. I remember I heard about this many times, and decided to go adventurous a little, and divert for less than 50 meters hike, and found a beautiful stream. It's narrow and small, but who cares?! It's not like I'm going to take a shower here. Water is cooling and refreshing. I have a short video on that hill recorded and uploaded via 3speak which you can find it here:

On a side note, I did thought of sending this post for #travelfeed curation, but this is part of my home town visit during festive season, so I might as well make a full Ipoh travel blog entry, instead of introduce this one place only.
