My Actifit Report Card: February 18 2020

Hey there, actifiters! How are you staying track of your fitness activities?

Mine is quite consistent, which motivates me more to stay active. Today I did a lot of walking, pretty stayed outside the whole day. 😅

After, having my protein shake, I shifted my workout to lifting weights.

It was all about training them glutes and building it strong. A lot of hip thrust!

A total of 45 minutes barbell hip thrust. one of my favorite glute workout without killing my legs. I reserved the leg day for mostly squats and deadlifts. I stick to what I think really works for me most and doing alternate on my weight training, upper body and lower body, that way I can workout every day without tearing up muscle tissues.

Good thing that 'constipated looked like face' was cropped in the photo, 😅 you didn't want to see that face when you're holding that weight for a longer period of time just because you're waiting for that 10 seconds timer!!! 🤪😂

Meals🍴

(Fasting Ended at 3:00pm )

  • Lunch : oatmeal peanut butter cookie
  • Snack: 1 cup of nuts, whey protein drink
  • Dinner: half of baked whole chicken
  • Dessert : peanut butter sandwich

(Fasting started at 5:35 pm)

Obviously, very well done and keep on going with your training! However, I am a bit confused with regards to your fasting - it ended at 3 pm and started again at 5.35 pm, two and a laf hours later, and you still managed to fit in lunch, snack and dinner in this short time? Wow!...

Yes, am on intermittent fasting, I started eating at 3pm and finished dinner at 530 😉

But it's not every day, some days I end my fat early... Most days I ate like it's my last day on earth! Lol I enjoy my desserts more 😅

Whew! That's a workout I cannot dream of doing!!! Hahaha! 😂

I did my workout today. I don't go to the gym. I only do it at home. I did some cardio today, and some core exercises.

My fast ended at 2pm.

Lunch : rice, fried fish
Dessert: a portion of donut

Snack: biscuits dipped in a chocolate drink 😝

Dinner: rice with sweet potato, fish

Fasting started at 6:30pm.

About two weeks ago. When I asked you why do you fast.. And you answered, 'so that I can eat what I want.' Hahaha! 😁😂 That moved me to try intermittent fasting as well. Thanks, Gil. 😊

I lost about 2kg now. I want to lose more, so I am trying to lessen my window, and exercise more. 😊
