Project Solam Veritatem Reveals Hidden Plot

What follows is a transcript of a speech made at an LSD meeting at M.I.T. that Project Solam Veritatem recorded without their knowledge:

Good afternoon Fellow LSD enthusiasts and thank you for coming out today to take in our presentation in conjunction with the ODE. We hope with this presentation, we can bring more of an understanding of the issues we as a species are facing, in hopes that we can make a difference.

My name is Doctor Paul DuBourne, and what I want to talk about today is the number one issue facing not only humanity, but all life on earth. Let me begin with a bit of reflection for where we find ourselves today.

(Applause by the audience follows)

The year is 2076, three hundred years since folks in America declared their independence as a nation. In 1976, Americans celebrated two hundred years of independent living and called it a Bi-Centennial. America’s declaration will soon be three hundred years in the past, so a celebration this year would properly be called a Tri-Centennial.

However, holding an American Tri-Centennial celebration is increasingly being seen as a rather unpopular, tacky affair, considering all the trouble caused by those people who resisted the global rule of the World Union for nearly a decade before they were all finally convinced to “end” their resistance.

Some are now saying that the “resisters” were never fully dealt with when the opportunity first presented itself, and because of that, they have increased in numbers and could become the source of serious trouble once again.

As we all know, an American government independent of the World Union doesn’t exist anymore, and hasn’t for the past twenty-five years. Laws are now created and enforced globally. This has revealed a good and a bad side. One of the good things to come out of the establishment of a global government is the full support and guidance concerning assisted suicide worldwide.

In fact, a whole new industry has been built up around it.

These days there are many novel ways to end our earthly existence on our terms, and the government’s new ODE (Office of Destiny’s End) has approved numerous patents for assistance drugs and other options over the past few years, some of which provide custom death experiences, which can be quite advanced and elaborate, and some even come with money-back guarantees.

(Sporadic laughter by the audience follows)

As a matter of fact, the most popular solutions are those which have “built-in” pre-death experiences which are set to work over a specific period of time. The experience can take anywhere from a few hours up to as long as a week. The week-long option is more expensive of course, but it’s not very popular.

It’s not very popular for the purpose of assisted suicide, that is.

Many people have taken to purchasing these drugs to use and have no intention of dying when they do. The drugs’ effects are said to be so beautiful and warming, that, as the news has spread, the number of regular folks wanting to experience the pre-death simulation is skyrocketing.

Some groups have lobbied for more control on the drugs, as they deem it wrongful to use such drugs for personal entertainment and enjoyment, which they claim amounts to abuse of the drugs.

So far, the World Union has demonstratively backed the industry’s counter claim that the drugs help people get comfortable with dying and there’s nothing wrong with doing that, even if they don’t intend on dying when they take them.

Detractors of this defensive stance complain that people will die when they didn’t intend to, even though the drugs’ effects can be neutralized up to a full twenty four hours before actual death takes place. This back-out formula is unprecedented with drug-assisted suicide, and the World Union backs the industry’s inclusion of it to approve the recreational use of the drugs.

The World Union also backs an industry statement confirming that companies making the drugs agree in unison on the availability and effectiveness of the back-out formula to halt the assisted suicide at the user’s desire, and that they feel comfortable with the opinion that no one has died accidentally while using the drugs recreationally.

Learning all of this was very instrumental in helping me decide that I want to be immersed in the effects produced by the drugs; you might call it a trial run before actually taking the step and going all the way.

You see, I am one of those people concerned that there are just too many of us on this planet, as we are approaching over nine billion humans worldwide as I speak.

(Loud applause, short standing ovation by the audience follows)

I think we may have something here that, if promoted wisely, could be a very popular final solution; one that our fellow Let’s Support Depopulation enthusiasts may find worthy of promotion.

If we play our cards right, promoting this could potentially draw in a significant number of those remaining “resisters,” who are probably planning to make more trouble. Wouldn’t it be great if somehow we could make the drugs not respond to the back-out formula, but just for the drugs taken by the trouble-makers?

What if I told you It may be possible?
