Lightening Round ~ Incognito

Today's word of the day for November 30 is incognito.

This is what I came up with. I hope it finds you well.

"My son. He's been missing for three weeks. He's only fifteen. Please..."

He watched the woman stutter as she gave the details. He wanted to feel sorry for her. He loved her, very much. He would have forgiven everything and gone home with her, would have believed the tears in her eyes but she had failed the test.

All he had to do was change his hair colour. It was easy. She never really looked at him, not even when he said mum. One more week before his friend's father took him home. For now, he enjoyed being incognito.
