Happy Friday all you foodie friends!
You know we are going to make a mess in the kitchen, let the food fly.
Why not? It's frickin' Friday, so let the fun begin.
The Holidays are done, the new year has begun...so get to it in 2020...I don't know where your heads are at, but I want a new belt, I want the whole enchilada baby, I am going for broke.
With a new kitchen gadget...a special gift from my son and daughter-in-law, it's panini or bust.
Let the games begin...if it's too hot in the kitchen, trip out and go for the Wim Hof.
Our foodie snowmen say... keep those special cookies away from the kids. @thebigsweed really knows how to bake.
They look so mellow don't they. hehe
So let's see how to build a really delicious panini... Let's start with a really nice bread.
Then we are going to sauté some nice fresh veggies.
Mix some fresh pesto and a little mayo and spread it on that beautiful bread.
Now we build layers of turkey and swiss cheese.
Add those perfectly saluted veggies, or yeah, yummy.
Add a layer of tomatoes and some parmesan cheese. Just for that added flavor and pizzazz, woof, it's almost ready!
Place the whole sandwich into the new panini maker and grill away.
The perfect sandwich, with awesome grill stripes, perfectly melted cheese and healthy veggies that even the little kids love to munch on.
The perfect lunch or dinner that will keep the entire family happy and #googlyeyes

I like the panini. I think I'm gonna have to get a grill like that one, too, because I really like melted cheese. Your magic sandwich might be from the subway diner, looks really good.
