I made 2 posts, links below, about this new Bill DC-23-171, which would make it possible for children from 11 years and up to give consent for vaccinations without the knowledge of their parents.

On March 18 2021, this DC Bill became law in the District of Columbia.

On that date, our push for Congress to pass a veto resolution, which was always a long shot, officially ran out of time.
This means that in the District of Columbia, an elementary school student can grant legally binding consent for a vaccine without his parent’s consent or even knowledge—before or after the shot takes place.

This secrecy endangers children

The law is not only about giving consent, it goes as far that it prohibits doctors to put details of the vaccination in the child's medical record.
The family's own physician may also be unaware that the child was vaccinated. The child's school is also prohibited to mention it in any record that the parents might see. The health and lives of children are now endangered by this law. Eleven year olds are not equipped or ready to make this kind of medical decisions. They have little or no understanding of their own and family's medical history. Through the secrecy, these children are no longer allowed the guidance and protection of their parents who know and cares for them the most.

It even prohibits insurance companies from issuing an Explanation of Benefits telling the parent that the shot was paid for.
And if any of the warnings on the vaccine insert should happen to come true for that child, it will be their—and their parents’—worst nightmare. It’s not just the adverse reaction, but the fact that no one will have any idea that’s what’s going on!

The veto resolution was unsuccessful to halt this Bill, that was the last chance of parentalrightsfoundation.org to halt this Bill from becoming law.

Parentalrightsfoundation.org is not giving up.

They are not stopping to fight for your parental rights. They are consulting and investigating their options. Litigation, filing suit against the district to stop this dangerous law is definitely an option.

This law is an infringement on the constitutional and natural right of parents to raise and care for their children.

And that’s why we have to fight. That’s why, when legislative measures fail, we have to take it to the courts.
Because as bad as this is for the children in DC, it will be many times worse when other states, emboldened by DC’s success in passing this bill, take up similar measures of their own.
How young is too young to make a vaccine decision without a parent’s help? DC has now set that bar at an all-time low. We can’t afford to let other states follow suit.
