... day in the Netherlands. My good friend Ben (dev @blockbrothers) and I bought this blade steak from a local store. It’s ment to be slowroasted for hours but believe me if you split it and just grill it like a steak it’s right up there with other good cuts for half the price. It was delicious!

Grilled meat is so good! You doing that with charcoal right? I love that charcoal taste, I don't understand why I've seen so many people changing from charcoal grill to electric grill, it doesn't even feel like real grilled meat!
Yeah! Always charcoal! Maybe they feel that electric is more convenient. But I love that real grill flavor only some good old coal and fire can provide.

I understand completely and I don't mind at all, it's newsteem at work, and thanks for the compliment about my other posts.
It's nice to see #newsteem at work. Tbh. Ideally, I wish I could post whatever I want, whenever I want and everything would be judged separately but #newsteem is just out and there are still remnants of #oldsteem about so that's not possible yet.
I think this will shift in due time.
Hopefully, my wish will come true in the future with SMT's and Communities or with filters where you can choose what you want to display on your blog.
For Example: I would love to use Appics more. I think it's a great app but everything is displayed on my blog and earns STEEM too. I wish it was just in the Appics app earning Appics tokens and not STEEM.

It is going to take a little while to settle down. The trending page is taking the most heat right now. Bot promoted posts being the main target.
I think with your content many of your highest upvotes are from autovoting. I think autovoting is a good feature as it allows followers to consistently support their content creators. However, it can also create complacency as well. I think autovoting services can help resolve this by offer different voting options for different tags. For example, someone could assign 80% upvotes to your 3speak tagged posts and 15% to your appics tagged posts.
I suppose you could also create an alt account for your short content. This is a little inconvenient but a few other users have tried this.
Anyway, I am glad you took the downvote well. Downvoting is going to become a bigger part of Steem. It is better to accept it than fight it.
