January Run #26: Magpie's Valley At Last

Friday afternoon after the work and some errands, finally time to go out for a run in the daylight. I missed the setting sun and I evaded the night barely.

Seven kilometers of running on tarmac mostly. It was fun, it was refreshing and uplifting.

The altitude profile over imposed by the pace graph. The pace drops for the final climb and then steadily increases towards the end.

The average pace was 5:29 minutes per kilometer with the fastest being the last in 5:02. Everything as it should be.
