January Run #19: To the top of Strojna

Sunday morning. Still at our friends' house having a great time. The master of the house invited me to show me his favorite running path - the road from the farm up to the top of the Strojna hill.

In seven and a half kilometers the road brought us up to our destination. We enjoyed a great view of mountain Peca.

On our way back I stopped to take a photo of a monument dedicated to the partisans who fought and died for the freedom in this area. Rest in peace, my friends. Thank you for your sacrifice.

The altitude profile of our run. The table at the top is because of some geocaching. There is a cache hidden near the highest point. We didn't find it. We will return anyways so it can remain hidden.
