I'm in great shape today!

Yesterdy I knew the mother of a friend of mine who practices Yoga and met personally [Sathya Sai Baba](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sathya_Sai_Baba ... an exceptional woman who gave me a lot of energy, despite being over seventy!

This morning I wore my minimalist clothing, made up of a normal cotton T-shirt, a pair of adherents short bought for a few Euro at Decathlon and a couple of very comfortable Skinners, with a Tomtom MULTI-SPORT on my wrist, I started my slow run.

I am still overweight at least 20 kg and the ballast is felt, especially on the frequency of heartbeats.

So I decided to intersperse the running for a brisk walk whenever I reached 170 BPM as long as they returned to 130... I don't know if it exists and what name this type of interval training has... can you tell me it?

A huge hug from @amico.sports!

My sister used this method recently when she participated in a half marathon. She called it the run-walk method, it helps reduce the stress on the body.
