We are pleased to announce The Excel Club blog is powered with blockchain. Simply put, that means we can reward you for learning and for being a loyal user and community member.
We are the first Excel, PowerBI and DAX blog in the world where you can earn while you learn.

By tokenizing The Excel Club on the Hive blockchain, I am hoping I can add additional value to your learning. And thank you for spending time with us. You can redeem these rewards against the cost of our courses. You can exchange them for cash or Bitcoin. Or you can use them for other products and services that accept Hive.
Moving to blockchain to reward your loyalty and learning is rather experimental and I am a bit of an early adopter in this space. Don’t worry, all of this will cost you nothing 😊
How it works
Some Articles on our blog contain a Learn and Earn Activity. This gives you the chance to practice what you have learned. The activity will contain full task instructions. Reply in the comments with the solution or answer to the questions in the task. Earn cryptocurrency rewards on the activities you complete. It's that simple.
If the solution to the activity is published, you can still take part and earn rewards. There is no deadline or closing of the Learn and Earn Activities.
Getting Started
Getting started is easy. There are a few simple steps to follow:
Ensure you have signed up for our 10+ Learn and Earn Activities you can do today. This program will allow you to quickly boost the rewards you earn.
Read the post and carry out the learning activity.
Login to the comments section of The Excel Club Blog with your Hive wallet(posting key) or steempress account(email address)
Post your solution and wait to be rewarded.
Pay-outs of rewards will be available to claim in your Hive wallet 7 days later. And remember to claim them!

I know you send out a newsletter each week, which I do get, thank you, but with work I don't always have the time to act on them. It would be nice if you had a full reference of the posts with the learn and earn activity. thanks for all you do.

Hi and thanks for your comment. First, it is not "money" they are tokens. These tokens can be exchanged for cash if you wish. You will need to work with an exchange to do this.
At the moment, you have signed in with steempress. They will hold your rewards until you have a steem wallet, you can contact the steempress team about this (maybe they already sent you an email??)
If you log in with a steem account, then the rewards will be paid directly to you, the steem blockchain has a 7-day payout window and rewards can be claimed from your wallet.

Yes! I'm really excited about this opportunity to "Learn while you Earn" . I first learned about the excel club through a number of courses I completed through Alison , Paula Gilfoyle was the teacher and she was amazing, so I followed on the Excelclub link and have since then completed more courses. I am an avid Excel geek and there is so much more to learn I can't think of a better place to do it.
