Thanks for mentioning my post.
Have you ever used the dApp Steemworld?
You can claim all your Yokens in one click there, it will take 30 seconds. You can also Stake all your Tribe Tokens at once there and it takes 30 seconds.
I wrote a post with instructions and pictures to walk people through it. link
You can also do it with the dApp Steemify, but that one is for iOS only. Link
