February 2020: Running Log

Hi guys, This was my running log for February 2020. As you can see, I didn't managed to run 100km and above last month due to minor ankle injury and I got cold and flu for few days. Besides, the weather in my hometown was not stable which either too hot or raining in the evening.

The first week was awesome, which my average mileage perday was around 8km to 9km. The the second week, got flu and cold for 2 days and rest for another few days, that it affected my training. At first I thought I got infected my corona virus🤣🤣 due to my hometown was a famous holiday destination for China tourists.

Luckily I didnt have fever, so I just went to the local pharmacy and got myself some traditional Chinese herbs. For the 3rd week, I thought I could get back on my schedule but unfortunately I was not fully recovered yet. So, I could only manage to run an average of 4km to 5km per per day.

For the fourth week, I had light sparring (Judo) with my fellow judoka at the club and I had some minor ankle sprain due to aggressive leg movement. Rested for few more days and massage with ointment. When I get back on the track, still got some soreness at my ankle, which I could only ran few km.

I was quite disappointed with my mileage that I only ran 84km but I am highly motivated for March 2020, which I am fully recovered now.

84km is still acceptable and my target per month is 150km for my preparation for upcoming race. Hopefullt this mknth will be ok💪😎
