“Building and Loving”

Morning arrives;

Awareness comes in waves.
Dimly remembered dream images are washed away.

Now,
Freshness for the day follows,
Though at times
The climbing may be steep.

Eyes open,
Heart as well, you make your way
Through the maze that life places in your path.

The loving heart within you guides your day.
Leaving no more room, for expressing wrath.

(I struggle with this one)

Let your anger and pain remain in your
Past,
The Day should be for building and loving.
