I have one doubt - What is DEC at the end of each row represent?

It's the amount of DEC earned from battles where the given card was used.
For example, in all battles with Furious Chicken you earned 2405 DEC. For me it's useful info when I want to optimize amount of DEC earned by using Gold Foil / Alpha version of cards :)

Is the script is in open platform means can we also use it?
Sorry for the late reply, I did not notice this comment earlier. Right now it's just my own script, I don't mind sharing it, but it could be problematic because it needs Python + some libs installed. But I plan to create a webpage with this type of statistics, where everyone can check whatever he wants :)
