Marriage Ceremoney And Cold Weather

I will make this post as short as i can, purpose of writing this post is to share my views with you on wedding ceremoney in such Cold weather.its very difficult to go out in this cold weather. Attending ceremoney of any kind in this weatuer is like playing with the health of children.
We cannot go out with our children in any ceremoney because this weather can badly effect children specially when there are not enough management.
The weather should be moderate or the host should arrange the place with all necessary facilities to avoid suffering.
In a nutshell i dont like people that dont have enough resources but they over act. I doesnt mean what you are thinking. I mean to say that if you invite guest then you should take care of them. You should not be careless.
