HOW TO PREPARE CHICKEN SAUCE
Have you ever tried making a chicken sauce before???
Once in a while,it's good to be creative in your cooking,it could be boring eating one particular kind of food week to week.
Apart from jollof rice, white rice and stew, fried rice....how else to you eat your rice?
I know some people cook nothing aside those two but if you are in that category pls repent.
We have coconut rice, you can make peppersoup or sauce (chicken or vegetable) etc
Today I would be giving out my recipe on how to make chicken sauce.
Ingredients
Corn flour
Chicken
Green peas
Bell pepper(red,green,yellow)
Carrot
Seasonings of your choice
Onion,ginger, garlic
OPTIONAL INGREDIENTS
Sweet corn
Gizzard
Liver
Boiled egg
Hot dog
PROCEDURE
Firstly you have to cook your chicken, normal way to prepare it, personally I marinate mine like 2-3 hours well seasoned with pepper, onion, ginger, garlic, knor, mivina before I cook it,I don't add water,I allow it bring out it's water but I add little as it's cooks, once it's done I bring it down.
I will wash and cut my vegetables, then add oil and stir fry them in a frying pan,you can add a little seasoning to this.
Then remove the chicken from the pot,mix a little flour with water in a plate and add to the chicken stock, keep stirring to get the consistency you want.
Then add the stir fried vegetables, stir and taste to see of there is anything missing,if not,add your chicken and stir and then your sauce us ready.
You can eat with white rice or white spaghetti
