Yesterday was my day for telling it like it is and yes sometimes the truth is hard to swallow. But we should all be aware of what is happening, we all need to be aware, of the affect that our choices have on others. We really can no longer hide behind the comfortable accuse that is ignorance, because all the information we need is so easy to access now.

We are one click away from knowing exactly where all the things we buy come from.

I am not one that usually likes to point the finger, I know that little is achieved when you take that approach. That it is much more harmonious to live by example, to put forward alternatives for those who are open to and want to change. But sometimes like yesterday I just need to roar a little, to get things off my chest, to bloody well have a good rant and let it all out.
In saying that, I am also aware that there are so many wonderful people out there that are creating change.
The revolution that so many want, that we hear people wishing for, has been happening for quiet a while now.

All of those things that I talked about yesterday, the many ways in which we are disrespecting the earth and ourselves, there are folk on here that are living that revolution, that are shining examples of what it looks like to live an active life, to make choices that are bringing about change.

Today I want to celebrate some of them, to introduce you to some of these revolutionaries that are constantly inspiring me to keep acting, to keep living the way I do and also to keep learning and educating myself about the many ways in which I can be of more service to the earth.

But not today, today is all about acknowledging those that are creating change and celebrating them.

Oh I remember seeing this post, upvoting it, and then not finish reading it, so I had to go back and look for it, because it is exactly one of those that just says with you... What an amazing list of very inspiring people! Most of them I've been quite familiar with, but there are always some new ones that haven't. But simply making it onto your list merits to check out their profile, and press a follow. Thank you so much! Actually, this looks like a beautiful answer to @ecotrain's question of this week...

WoW! This is a really useful post with all these people who advocate & live the "better" ways of living trying to make a change on their own example. I am partially the one myself.

PS

@gardenchannel - says it doesn't exist.
