Town growth and a luxurious start

With the continuation of my city to aim for solid growth, increased income and setting up a variety of areas for different towns, I add on additional housing and commercial buildings to the starting area to begin with, once more money comes in. There are times I go into street view to once again, show off how cool it looks when you do so.

Then I start to work on the luxury area I will be building across the river which will end up involving more quality living like parks and such, eventually will include fancier buildings once they have been unlocked for me to use, wind turbines for the cleaner energy they will provide my citizens and an overall, nicer neighbourhood and location for the well educated to come.
