Harvesting & Cleaning Oyster Mushrooms

In this video, I try harvesting and cleaning oyster mushrooms (Pleurotus ostreatus) for the first time. Since I've never done it before, I really don't know how to clean oyster mushrooms, but I did some research, and I'm ready to give it a try. Please watch and give me pointers on anything that I did wrong!
