I absolutely believe 2020 is going to be the most emotional year in human history. We are subjected to so much, and all the tech around us is deliberately trying to make us have all the emotions so that we vote a certain way or buy everything.

We need to protect ourselves and keep all the distractions at bay. Discard all the issues that you can't possibly do anything about and concentrate on the things that are important to you.

We need to focus and not let ourselves get distracted.
