30 yewars ago every JGB was bought by domestic banks,but now 7% of JGB is held by foreign investors. If they decided to sell JGB, the interest rate would shoot up over night and yen would collapse. BOJ cannnot cap the bottle forever.
Since the USD is a basket of currencies, do you expect the USD price of gold to surpass 1900 when the USD is 99, or the gold price at 1900 with the USD at 90. If 90, the other currencies would rise in value.

Thanks again for the important and informational class, Maneco64. I was not aware of Gold hitting all-time highs in other major countries. There are those who believe it is coming soon, maybe after the USA Elections. There still may be time to prepare, but time is running out.
