Peterson Hollywood cars & Langer's | Interview with Norm Langer

Tammy got Louie an annual pass to the Peterson Automotive Museum so we travel to Los Angeles the Movie Cars exhibit from Transformers, Batman, Star wars, Minority Report, Mad Max, and more. But when you hungry in Los Angeles there is place everyone should go, Langer's Delicatessen. There is just so much in this video I can only say Watch this!

A very iconic spot for both gear heads & just mellow car aficionados. The Peterson Automotive Museum always got the best in collectibles & memorabilia with regards to the vehicles & man's endeavor for power & speed....

Visiting Langer's Delicatessen we get to chat with Norm Langer just before we ate the best pastrami I have ever had. Founded in 1947, Langer’s Delicatessen and Restaurant has served generations of patrons.

In Los Angeles, they opened with just 12 seats, almost forced out of business by recession and the urban blight of drugs and gangs in the early 1990s, then rescued by — of all things in Los Angeles, a subway! — Langer’s lives on, serving what many deli aficionados on both coasts consider the best pastrami sandwich in America.

Our visit opened an opportunity to talk with Norm Langer about the restaurant, but the subject quickly went to the subject of the decline of California. This year more Americans are leaving California than entering the state. This conversation may open your eyes.
