Starting A Business

So my brother has asked me to help out with starting his Air BnB. Right now the house is empty and we just got measurements of the kitchen done.

We have about 2 weeks to get everything sorted out as our first guests will be arriving middle of next month. So, if you have any tips for me, for those who already have a similar business, I would love to hear it. The Do's and Don't's will be much appreciated.
