#fitness2020 Challenge 1 episode 3

Coming to my episode 3, I started to get unsettle. I feels that I can do more, I know I can do more. But I also know if I rush to pump it up, I will just quickly give up when I meet my limit. Therefore, before that happen, I better enjoy the time with me, myself and my own body. Those body fat took years to accumulate, and for sure it will need me years to break them down. I'm here to stay and I will workout throughout the year. Everything start small. 3 reps each sub module.

Contest(test water)

Here's the #steem part I would like to put up. I would like to invite friends to participate in fitness. I am the guy who sign up a gym membership, but didn't go there even once because lack of workout buddy. I like "social fitness", literally go to fitness because of social. I need peer pressure and I certainly hope this even will help you to continue posting daily because of the workout.

3 SBI for 3rd

1 SBI for anyone who complete the challenge and make a summary workout report

If there's little participants, I'll just wipe my ass and walk out continue my workout with a few buddies. If there's enough participants, I will try to increase the top 5 prizes.

Rules

  1. Do the workout. 5 jumping jacks, 5 push up/knee push up, 5 sit ups/crunches, 5 squats/hand assisted squats
  2. Record a video as prove of work
  3. Upload it to any social media that can allow user to watch without sign in, preferably dtube or 3speak
  4. Make a post with your prove of work and tag #fitness2020 for ease of curation
  5. Make an extra summary report by the end of challenge.
  6. Contest end - payout date of the announcement post here
  7. No spam, no recycle video
  8. If you have anything to say, keep the video short, within 7 minutes.

Why this contest?

You may be saying, Dave 5 reps is a joke. Why not take it up to 50? Well, despite this contest is a fitness workout contest, ultimately its an excuse for us to make a post. I would like to take this opportunity to promote fitness, and to keep author posting on a regular basis, an extra topic for everyone to participate. I have prepared some steem for fellow participants. Ultimately, it benefit myself too, because I need workout buddy. And you my friend, 1 post a day for the fitness, you earn your potential upvote, body is yours, fitness is yours, and do the summary report and 1SBI is yours. If you win because you're handsome, or have a sexy bikini body, there you have another 5SBI.

You've got one interesting contest there. I just started to have almost the same aim yesterday and also have done my first post on it here.

I would like to participate but I don't think I can fill up the rules because I don't like making a video of myself 😅 Sometimes if I felt like it then post my video but most of the time I don't 😅.

I will be watching though. Hopefully you get a lot of workout buddy and 💪💪💪

And, making video is a sort of commitment. Because, the visual portrait of me is already out, which means I've commit for a change. Die-die must do already, no more excuse.

I could join but I cannot. The fact is I can hardly and sitting and down causes me too. I a damaged neck and am I can do what I these days which is more as just laying in not able to lift a beker or spoon.
I will try to support you from here and hope to make it.

You are right you cannot expect to lose fast what you gathered through your life.
Btw after the teenage years, fat cells will no longer less only shrink. It will be harder to lose weight. Don't be too hard on you and above all do not forget to enjoy your life and yourself. It all depends on the culture where you live, health issues if you are ice weighted or not.

Well, if workout is not the deal for you, diet control will be your only way then. Whichever that work, this year need to shred some fat!

@davidke20 I read about a guy who was at the gym 6 days a week. After his operation he was no longer able to go to the gym. He sells videos where he tells you how to practise 10 minutes a day without gym or tools just by muscle contraction. If it all is true I don't know since it is easy to trick people. I did not buy the video but his six lack made me think.
He looks better now as the days he spent in the gym (according to himself not to me). If he can do that from a hospital bed I can do so too. A big part will have to do with the way you stand, walk, sit, etc. Most of us do not sit straight up or stand straight up, shoulders to the back, breast to the front, belly pulled in. We walk and stay like a beaten dog so muscles are not used or used wrong.
There are plenty of these tips given in the past 50 years and for sure they work if we practise them. Who knows in one year I am stronger and can join you. 😁

I never eat much.
Yesterday I had two fried eggs with salami and a bit porridge. . bit is the rest left in the pan. My children had a bowl. As long as I can survive on it its fine.
I try to focus on breathing first and drinking next.
I am not hungry so that is a good help.

Muscle contraction does work. Need to make it a point that you remember to do so. Ultimately, it's food intake that counts. Thanks for the information.
