Babysitting day again! The grandkid is sleeping---meaning I have about ten minutes to post something before she wakes up... So this is it!!!

The monster in the drawing is some kind of ravenous demon or gargoyle hunting for prey... Or he might just be a hormonal teen monster "lookin' for a kiss!" [That line is in quotes because it's a reference to a song by The New York Dolls... Everything reminds me of an old song today---so it's a normal day...]

Windy and rainy today, so ideal conditions for a delivery driver who gets to be out in the elements until midnight tonight... Plus, it's ALMOST cold enough to snow here, so cold and wet and nearly freezing... It's gonna be a fun day at work, for sure!!!

Speaking of snow, the (completely reliable and never incorrect) weather app on my phone is predicting the white stuff, starting Sunday night...or so. We rarely get snow that actually sticks around here, so we'll see if this week is any different. (There are pros and cons to snow: Pro - It looks neat and is a novel experience in this neck of the woods. We usually get rain. Con - Driving in snow SUCKS around here because everyone is stupid and thinks you can drive at normal [non-snowy] speeds, and there are always tons of wrecks!)

If it snows and sticks, my younger daughter already has plans for us to go get some photos. Snow might not be exciting where you folks live, but it rarely happens here, so it's a photo-session worthy event to us! We'll have to see how it all plays out.

Meanwhile, don't get eaten by a love sick, teenage gargoyle!
