Flagging (downvoting) @samswim's (and other spammers') two words spam comments. Will you help?

I don't used to downvote, but I changed my mind. Since we have a separate downvote pool, I decided to put that to a good use, and fighting (flagging) (downvoting) spam comments is a good use in my opinion. @samswim is posting a "great post" comment under dozends of blog posts, and I just had enough of that.
Unfortunately I (alone) can't do much against him. For example I downvoted this comment of him with 100%,
The pending payout was $0.03 on that comment. Now it is $0.02.
Steemit is showing "amount must reach $0.02 for payout", so maybe I successfully pushed down the pending payout below the payout threshold, but I am not sure. It is either $0.02 or close to it (less than that). He should deserve pushing down the pending payout on that comment below the payout threshold, because spam comments should not be paid. If I would have the power, I would flag (downvote) this (and other) spammer(s) to oblivion.
From now on, I will downvote spam comments, wherever/whenever I notice them.
Will you help flagging (downvoting) this (and other) spammers' two words spam comments?

Oh!!! That's a very small account. By the way s/he was commenting on random posts which s/he thought was great. I actually read those posts and saw that they're great too.

@xplosive. I'm amazed that you got all the time in the world to make a post about a plankton account who comments on different posts, but last month, couldn't make any post on haejin who was draining the reward pool if you really fighting the spammers. You can't claim you didn't see posts about how haejin and co spam, farm and abuse this community.

You really wanna fight spammers, there are thousands up there that even self vote their spammed contents, accumulating thousands of dollars every month. Common!!!

I won't downvote that account. Let's not scare people outta steemit. It would have been better to tell him or her to stop what you think is spamming than to make a whole post about it, even calling people to join you downvote him/her.

Until you make a post about haejin, Bernie and other whales 🐳 🐳. I won't take you serious Cus it's hypocrisy. Thank you. Have a great weekend ahead.

I am willing to help if they are bots but if its manual then I would have to be sure they are only commenting to comment farm. Tag me if you have spam bots youre concerned about. I am concerned about the downvote bots that downvote for no reason, or at least seem to.

I would not do that with a small account. There are big people how will do it for you - not sure how, but you can find them. Too much chance to get your own blog one someone's list.

I will not flag one or two words but if it is everywhere the same comment (copy-paste) I will say something about it. The ambassadors of certain apps do the same. On @appics for example.

The downvote is meants for lousy posts, bad content, one line with a link, pictures without text etc and plagiarism.

@xplosive But that has not to do with one ore two words and can be done with a longer text too. I know what you mean but this is not something new. Will you downvote the comments or a post and say why?

So now we get down voted for saying "great post" on post we thought were great??? Steemit has really turn out to be something else. I just come here for the fun or reading posts and interacting with friends. This isn't my source of daily bread so you can downvote the tiny little cents here. That doesn't make a difference in my life. Get a life!!!

Nothing is changed. Posting "great post" under dozens of posts has been always considered spam or abuse. According to the FAQ of Steemit, "Leaving nearly identical or materially similar comments on multiple posts." is considered spam or abuse.
