Is is possible for us to become immortal?

This is not an easy question to answer as we don't have enough evidence to prove that immortality can be achieved. However, we can increase our life expectancy. Science can make it possible for us to transfer our consciousness to a robot or a machine, or even can make our body cells to replace for indefinite cycles. What do you think?
