Is downvoting (without any reason) not akin to bullying?

Hi friends!

Recently one of my post was downvoted without any reason by a person who holds about 10k SP and whose reputation score is above 70. I don't know what was in his mind but in my opinion he just wanted to bully me. A powerful person trying to bully a little fragile person who holds a small SP.

Is downvoting (without any reason) not akin to bullying?

Yes, if it is intentional. It can be unintentional/accident. Especially on Steemit, where the upvote and downvote buttons are currently right next to each other. But persons with about 10 000 Steem Power probably look more carefully what button they click on. But it still could be unintentional.. I also cast one or two downvotes accidentally in the past, when these buttons were not right next to each other. I removed one or more downvotes. I don't used to downvote people.
