This is sooooo interesting and helpful. Hoping you focus on some Asian mushrooms - cos the monsoon is in full swing and there are mushrooms EVERYWHERE! I joined the Asia Mycology Group to learn more! 😍

Hope all is well in your world.

@artemislives Thank you for stopping by. I wrote you on telegram btw. So interesting. Wonder which ones are common there. I have a book with 1500 mushrooms around my region. A lot of latin names.

Exciting times. I hope I will get to apply this to other geographic hemispheres.

It's so nice to read this and to see that you are sharing your new passion 🙂 I would love to learn more about mushrooms myself. Unfortunately, I have to eliminate mushrooms from my diet for the next 4 weeks. I'll start a rather strict diet tomorrow and well, mushrooms are on the elimination list...I really hope I'll be able to add it to my diet again though, after the elimination phase.

Check out SCFA(Short chain fatty acids). Highly interesting topic surrounding the colon and the gut brain axis. I think it would be the perfect research for you. Specially surrounding the topic of certain medicinal mushrooms you can start after your diet.
