China, HK, India women withdraw from Asia badminton tilt | ABS-CBN News

For sure, the organizers has taken precautionary measures for the event. Declining postponement of the event shows they are prepared. If they're not prepared, they should postponed it.

It's understandable if China, and Hong Kong team, as  well as the women's team of India has decided to withdraw. Many countries might do it to protect their citizens because of the novel corona virus scare. Because of the virus, many events has been either postponed or didn't push through.
